Panama is the narrow path between South and North America – all migrating birds and animals make their way through Panama. Most ships traveling in the western world’s shipping lanes will make their way through the Canal. It is the crossroads of the world.

It is hard to think of any other destination in the world that has such a variety of attractions that close together and easily accessible. Panama has excellent medical care, excellent infrastructure and water. It is politically stable, never has had a hurricane, it is not in an earthquake zone, it is safe - and Panamanians love Canadians. The Crossroads of the World is an excellent meeting point for our students to develop as global citizens.

The majority of time in Panama will be spent just outside of Panama City – everything is close to the City. The remainder of time will be spent in nearby villages offering exposure to indigenous cultures.
