The SWB-ACADEMY 2011/2012 fees are $3,700.
Fees include: Airfare, Bootcamp week at Eagle Bay, Spanish software and Sprout leadership program, All educational fees related to the program, travel and medical insurance, chaperone honorarium, staffing, all odyssey entrances to museums, tropical research institutes, parks, in Panama transportation and excursions, room and board.

The fees do not include travel to and from Eagle Bay or the airport departure city, student spending money for gifts incidentals and the occasional meal at a restaurant or laundry costs.
Students are encouraged to discuss the Field Study Fee with their parents and come up with a realistic earning and savings plan before they apply for the program. Some financial support may be available for those facing hardship.
Once students have been ACCEPTED into the program, a non refundable deposit of $500.00 will be required. The remainder of the fees can be paid monthly with post dated checks dated for the 1st or 17th of the following months. ALL CHECKS MUST BE DATED AND SUBMITTED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF ACCEPTANCE.
This money will be held in trust at School District 22 for the international field study on behalf of each student.
Activities will vary somewhat from semester to semester depending on seasonal circumstances. Variables prohibit a static cost. For example - airfares and the Canadian dollar vary. The program will be tailored to meet the budget, but the price may change slightly.
