SWB-A is a Global Citizenship Program
of School District #22 - Vernon.
The Students Without Borders Academy is a program of education for Global Citizenship. SWB-A uses online learning, webinars, skype, state of the art software, dynamic student travel abroad, camp setting, field study, Smithsonian Tropical Reseach Institutes, language study in Spanish, and Indigenous peoples studies exploring Embera and Kuna culture. SWB-A explores conservation of sea turtles, reefs and rain forests. SWB-A students visit the Red Cross, the United Nations, The Peace Corps and International Universities in the Ciudad del Saber. SWB-A is a full semester 20 credit program of School District #22 in Vernon BC.
